Hibachi Supreme Buffet in Casper

Building: The restaurant is very clean and organize. Atmosphere: They keep it a very comfortable temperature. Quality: I feel bad for the 3 star review, but twice now since I’ve been there the food is always lukewarm. The only thing that’s hot is the red sauce. Staff: The staff is average, just going through the motions. Very robot like. Price: Excellent price, very cheap.

Very tasty food. All seemed to be fresh and well cooked. Staff was busy keeping the trays stocked. A really cool thing is... Unusual for a buffet, one can get a huge plate to go, which they charge by the pound. For two meals with everything from Egg Rolls to baked crab to many types of shrimp and everything in between it was $14.00. Not bad. Only 4 stars??? Hostess was a bit rude.

Good food and variety for the price. Only issue was our server, did not come by our table but maybe twice to refill our drinks in like 45 mins to an hour that we were there.

I was extremely hungry today. First thing I needed eggs for my klondike waffles as i didn't eat breakfast. I see my neighbor who informed me that this place was open!!! I was heading this way anyways... This is really good food, its clean, there is hand sanitizer for us!!@

The food was soggy, and unappetizing. When you walk in the staff acts like they hate their job, and kept giving us dirty looks. I normally like going here, but I was not impressed. Personal opinion, the price is not worth the quality of food.

Took my mother here to eat her favorite restaurant. Food taste great , typically good service waited for refill and were completely out of my favorite the Snow Chicken! Most days a 8 out of 10!

If you guys are closed, take care about your customers and set in google that you are closed, I was driving 15min to find tour doors closed

I had eaten here a couple days ago with my family, we all got food Poisoning. I also tried to Call them for a chance to talk the manger to get a refund, she said he was not in, and I asked her can I leave a message. Then she hung up on me, then I called back and said is there anyone I can talk to then ,she hung up again. Now I call them again and I can’t even get though. Highly do not recommend this place rude people, horrible service, and food. Never going here again

Quality and service have improved since my last visit.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this buffet. There is such a wide variety of food and something for everyone. The service is really good and attentive. Most of the food was warm and seemed fresh. Definitely worth a try for anyone looking for a buffet style dinner. We will return in the future.

Our kids love eating here. Way healthier than fast food, but same cost for our family of 5. Food is good. Buffet is always warm, fruit is fresh.

Delicious food. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Great service. Waitress kept plates cleaned up and drinks filled.

This is definitely a case of quantity over quality. It is an 8.99 all you can eat buffet, and everything on the buffet(including the sushi) is so-so. Salty, little taste, standard American "chinese" fare. The hibatchi grill is nice, and the sauce is good, so if You must eat here , I would stick with that.

Good cheap abundant food

This is one of the worst dining experience I can remember. There was a lady that had a dog in a cart wheeling around the food. Was done eating before I received my beverage. The hostess was extremely rude, and the food was marginally at best marginalized

I have eaten at Chinese buffets literally all over the state while at work, and I can say that this is easily the best one. It's huge with plenty of options. Very reasonably priced and you can bring large groups.

Couple items was spoiled cottage cheese and sweet and sour sauce

There's a wonderful variety at the buffet here. Yummy Sushi, steamed dumplings with crab wontons and kinds of other delicious dishes you can think of is here. Great food and nice staff.

As far as buffet food goes it is spot on for the money the staff is friendly and not to intrusive lunch hour is very cheap and some of the best sushi in town by far good friendly environment and you would not know you were in a mall had you been blindfolded on your way in

My autistic son called for us because I was driving and the lady hung up and was just very rude. So I would not recommend you having someone that is different call to order.

Workers were nice...we went 2 hours before close and there was no fresh food..

Asian buffets don't come any better than this. I eat at them all over the country. Spectacular. Crazy affordable.

They were fabulous this evening! They had many choices for sushi, made fresh. All of the tables were full of fresh dishes, Wich doesn't happen all the time. It was clean and everyone was pleasant, but the receptionist, cashier lady is the best; she is always a delight! She goes out of her way to make everyone happy, especially children, or if a person seems to be in a down mood. Go there and meet her!

It was wonderful. The food was delicious . They have something for everyone. We did have one little problem, it was very hard to get refills on our drinks , so we finally just let it go and finished our meal and left

Good buffet. Wide selection of food, salad, sushi, hibachi and deserts. Prices are very good for the food you get. Plenty of seating and mall parking. I go here often.

The selections were fantastic. Hot and fresh. We've never been there before. We will definitely be back soon. Everyone will love it.

Not impressed with crawfish/crawdads. Tasted to fishy for my liking. Everything was good. Cabbage was great.

Where's the quality, I get it's a buffet but the next time my daughter wants asian food, we will definitely be going elsewhere. We were seated, received our waters and proceeded to get what we wished from the buffet. The chicken tasted like fragrance and sauce, as did the broccoli, even the dry broccoli tasted old and felt like rubber. We stayed there for about 10 min before deciding to just go home and eat, so I paid and we left, good luck to those whose stomachs like this type of quality.

This place was excellent! There's endless choices. You know how you go into Chinese restaurants and say you want a Coke and they counter with Pepsi? They actually have Coke. Amazing selection for a $13.00 per person buffet.

This restrant has excellent food but I had to wait 30 minutes for trays to be refilled. I asked the employers for refills on the trays and I still had to wait over 20 minutes. The restrant has a full house and hungry customers but the trays aren't getting refilled and everyone has to wait. I wanted crawfish and I waited 25minutes when they finally brought some out but it was o 7 in amount for everyone. I was very disappointed I had to wait so long. I paid full price and to get 7 pieces of crawfish for everyone that is just some bad service.

Food was hot and delicious. Dishes were busses immediately and our glasses were kept full. Will be going again.

everything was difficult to do with the restrictions still in place. You have to have someone dish up everything for you. I"ll go back after restrictions are lifted but not until for sure.

It's Chinese, it is so good and has seafood all the time.

Really nice decor and bathrooms, food is decent for a buffet, quick service. Easy, fast lunch place.
